Two arrests in Livingston County are in the Missouri Highway Patrol report for Monday.
At 1:14 pm, Troopers arrested 51-year-old Christopher B Brockmeier of Carrollton for alleged driving while suspended, speeding, and a Carrollton warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of driving while suspended. He was released to the Carrollton Police Department.
At about 5:45 pm. Troopers arrested 30-year-old Jalel K Glasgow of Chillicothe for alleged DWI, No Child Restraint, no insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed at the Chillicothe Police Department and released.
