The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department has added 35-year-old Chamen Richard Bell to their most wanted list. Bell is wanted on a warrant for alleged violation of bond conditions on an original charge of burglary and harassment. Bond is set at $20,000.
Bell is described as a white male, 5 foot 9 inches tall, 150 pounds, with red hair and green eyes.
