9:49 am, Request to check well-being in the 1500 block of Locust Street. Officers requested Emergency Services called to the scene to check the person.
10:54 am, Officers assisted Deputy with person having anxiety issues.
2:03 pm, Officers checking the area of Samuel and Green Streets for kids creating a disturbance and possible property damage.
2:48 pm, a commercial business alarm summoned Chillicothe Police Department to a bank on the corner of Jackson Street and N. Washington Street for what turned out to be a false alarm. The scene was checked by Officers and employees.
3:01 pm, Officers checking on a person in the 2600 block of N. Washington Street suffering irrational beliefs. They were provided contact with a Mental Health facility.
5:11 pm, Report of subjects acting suspiciously in the 100 block of W. Business 36 parking lot. Officers arrested a man and woman on drug charges and evidence was seized. They were processed and transported to Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail pending the filing of charges.
7:56 pm, A 2017 Ford Vehicle was reported stolen from the 600 block of W. Business 36 and later recovered at a gas station in Cameron. The vehicle was towed back to the Chillicothe PD for processing. An investigation is continuing.
11:51 pm, Officers took a report of stolen firearms from a room of a business in the 500 block of E. Business 36. Investigation continuing.
