The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reports six people were booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on Thursday for Livingston County. They include:
28-year-old Tyler Leigh McDowell had pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 5 years in prison. He is held pending transfer to the department of corrections.
28-year-old Kegan Swartz was sentenced for failure to register as a sex offender. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison – suspended, with 5 years of probation and 30 days shock time.
61-year-old Larry Dale Fuller was booked into jail after a guilty plea on a charge of stealing. He was sentenced to 7 years in prison – suspended, with 5 years probation and 15 days shock time.
39-year-old Joseph Lee Boyles was sentenced to 5 years probation on domestic assault. The probation is suspended, but there is 15 days shock time.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department arrested 25-year-old Dillion Lee Potter for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $20,000.
The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department arrested 32-year-old James Ernest Laughlin for an alleged probation violation on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $25,000
