This Friday, September 17th, is Constitution Day. To celebrate, the Livingston County Library will hold an event in the second Floof Courtroom. Chillicothe City Administrator Darin Chappell will have a presentation on the context of the U.S. Constitution which was completed on September 17, 232 years ago.
The program will start at 10:00 am and is presented free of charge. There is no registration and everyone is welcome to attend.
