The Chillicothe Police Department had a busy Monday with 139 calls for service. Some of the highlights include:
At approximately 5:30 am, Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 700 block of Clay St. They found a person sleeping in a building without permission.
At approximately 7:30 am, Officers responded to goats out of a fenced area in the 300 block of Business 36.
At approximately 11:25 a.m., Officers took a report of an assault in the 1500 block of Calhoun St. The incident will be forwarded to the Livingston County Juvenile Office.
At 1:15 pm, Officers arrested Elizabeth Ann Leatherman for alleged fraudulent use of a credit/debit card in the 1100 block of Walnut St. She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the filing of formal charges.
At approximately 6:50 p.m., Officers received a call of a possible intoxicated driver traveling south in the 900 block of S. Washington St. The vehicle was located by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
At approximately 8:20 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 600 block of Williams St. A juvenile was transported to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment and evaluation.
