About 3000 customers of Chillicothe Municipal Utilities Electric lost power shortly before 10:00 am Sunday. Cassey Johnson, the Electric Superintendent, says a limb fell from a tree, along the Country Club Golf Course, and landed on the 69-kilovolt power line that fees many of the electric substations in the community. Power was out for 27 minutes
