State Troopers report four arrests in the area counties over the weekend.
Saturday:
At about 9:10 am in Linn County, Troopers arrested 39-year-old Nichol M Black of Raymore for alleged possession of marijuana. She was processed at the Brookfield police department.
At about 1:40 pm in Livingston County, Troopers arrested 45-year old Daniel C Galvin of Florida for alleged possession of a controlled substance. He was processed and released.
At about 2:20 pm in Daviess County, Troopers arrested 49-year-old Charles P Nelson of Iowa for alleged failure to display valid plates and on a Clinton County warrant for alleged failure to appear on non-moving traffic violations. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
Sunday:
Troopers in Grundy County arrested 32-year-old Menno E Stutzman of Spickard on a Wayne County Iowa warrant for alleged failure to appear. He was held at the Grundy County Jail with no bond allowed.
