The Chillicothe varsity cross country teams both won the Savannah Invitational.
The Boys team finished with 43 points out of four complete teams. Individual finishes in the complete teams race were Cain Evans 3rd, Austin Lyford 7th, Stephen Parkes 8th, Clayton Savage 10th, Alton Keller 14th, Carter Shipers 16th and Logan Gregory 21st. Evans ran his first sub-19 race and Lyford ran his first sub-20 race.
The Lady Hornets finished with 22 points with North Andrew second. For Chillicothe Lady Hornets, Kadence Shipers was 1st in the complete team results, Yoo Jung Lee 3rd, Juliann Gabrielson 4th, Aliyah Briner 6th, Alice Hurtgen 8th,Karissa Fostek 10th and Kaylynn Cranmer 12th
Complete results for the middle school teams were not available due to a timing results error, according to Coach Jennifer Dickson.
In the Boy JV race Ashton Baker was 1st, Landyn Peterson 2nd and Cutter Parks 3rd out of six competitors.
