Chillicothe Planning and Zoning Commission will meet on November 1st for two public hearings. The meeting will begin at 5:30 pm in the council chambers at city hall.
The first public hearing is for a Conditional Use Permit for a non-profit organization to serve foster children and families at 301 Cowgill, the old “Chillicothe Community of Christ” building.
The second public hearing is for a conditional use permit to place a mobile home in the mobile home park at 704 Samuel Street, three blocks south of Gravesville Park.
