Two Milan residents were arrested Sunday in Adair County.
At about 10:00 am, 43-year-old James D Baker was arrested on a Linn County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of alleged no insurance. He was held at the Adair County Jail.
State Troopers arrested 19-year-old Lucas W Harrison at about 12:25 pm for alleged possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released.
