The Chillicothe Mudcats Summer Baseball team will have a new General Manager.
The Mudcats Board of Directors approved Caitlyn Cothern to head the organization after Doug Doughty decided to step down after nine years as the General Manager.
Cothern is a Chillicothe High School and Northwest Missouri State University graduate and currently is a teacher in the Braymer School System.
Doughty will remain a member of the Mudcats Board of Directors.
Cothern was an intern for the team for one year and spent two years as the Operations Manager.
