State Troopers made two arrests in the area counties over the weekend.
Saturday in Grundy County, Troopers arrested 46-year-old Jesse L Purvis of Princeton on a Harrison County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a seatbelt violation, He was held at the Grundy County Detention Center.
Sunday in Linn County, Troopers arrested 27-year-old Amber N Grinner of Georgia for alleged possession of marijuana. She was processed and released
