Nine people were booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department or Chillicothe Police Department Tuesday.
27-year-old Dekarr Leroy Farris was arrested and held for alleged Armed Criminal Action. Bond is set at $25,000
29-year-old Nicholas Allen Duckworth was booked in by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department for alleged violation of bond conditions on two charges, (alleged resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.) Bond is set at $40,000.
56-year-old Tony Lee Cashatt was booked in by Livingston County Sheriff’s Department for alleged probation violation on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $20,000.
36-year-old Chamen Richard Bell was booked for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on an earlier arrest for alleged burglary and harassment. Bond is set at $20,000.
51-year-old Kevin Lee Case was booked for alleged Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $20,000.
29-year-old Kyle Charles Jettelson was booked in for alleged Stealing. He is held with no bond allowed.
33-year-old Richard L Perkins was booked in for alleged Assault – Armed Criminal Action. Bond is set at $10,000.
46-year-old Eric Richard Hollon was booked in by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department pending transfer to the Department of Corrections for a probation violation on an original conviction for stealing.
37-year-old Barbara Ann Evans booked in by the Chillicothe Police Department for alleged Assault and Armed Criminal Action. Bond is set at $10,000
