The Chillicothe High School Varsity Basketball teams scrimmaged Trenton and Brookfield last night. Each scrimmage consisted of three, six-minute quarters. Final scores were not kept.
Chillicothe Girls Coach Darren Smith said his team’s offense was ok, and he was pleased with the defense.
Chillicothe Coach Tim Cool said he saw a lot of good things from his Hornet Boys team.
Cool said it’s still early and there is a lot to work on, but he did see some good things from his team in last night’s jamboree.
The Chillicothe girls first game is next Tuesday against Hamilton. The Boys vs Hamilton game has been postponed because Hamilton is still in the football playoffs.
