The Chillicothe Boys Wrestling team didn’t have an individual champion, but as a team finished tied for sixth out of 25 varsity and junior varsity teams in the two-day Pleasant Hill Wresting tournament.
Chillicothe was led by a Second place finish from Brock Miller at 195 pounds. He went 6 and 1 in the tournament.
Other Hornet individual finishes were Fourth place for Justin Pyle, Lucas Reynolds and Bo Smith. Sixth place for Lane McCoy and Bryce Dominique.
Seventh place for Martin Moore. Eighth place for Carter Shippers and Brody Carins. 11th place for Dawson Sutton, 12th place for Joel Edwards and Bryce Bergan and 13th place for Priest Bosley.
Christian Peniston entered as a Junior Varsity wrestler at 285 and finished 14th after having to forfeit his final two matches.
