The Hamilton Police Department arrested 22-year-old Roger Dale Cain of Chillicothe on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to obey a judge’s orders on charges of alleged 3rd degree Domestic Assault and 2nd degree Rape. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail and is held with bond set at $20,000 cash only.
