State Troopers report one arrest over the weekend in the area counties.
Saturday at about 1:40 pm in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 39-year-old Toyia N Cummings of Independence for alleged possession of a controlled substance, DWI and Speeding. She was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
