A Boil Water Advisory has been issued for a portion of Livingston County Public Water Supply District 2. The Advisory will run through Noon Wednesday.
Customers included in the Boil Advisory include:
On LIV 224 from 65 west to LIV 237
On LIV 237 North of 224 to LIV 218
On LIV 218 East north of LIV 237
On LIV 237 north of LIV 218
Affected customers should:
- Water used for cooking or drinking should be boiled for at least three minutes.
- Dishes and food contact surfaces may be disinfected using tap water that contains one teaspoon of household bleach per gallon.
- The tap water is safe for other purposes such as bathing.
- Water boiled for drinking and cooking purposes may be used for brushing teeth.
