State Troopers reported one arrest in the area counties Tuesday. At about 4:20 pm Tuesday in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 51-year-old David A Lopez-De-Queralta of Milan for alleged DWI, Speeding, and no license plates. He was processed and released.
