The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 84 calls for service Tuesday. Some of the calls include well-being checks, bike registration and parking complaints.
1:00 am, Officer stopped a vehicle at the junction of US 36 and US 65 for a registration violation. Further investigation at the stop provided information that the driver was driving with a revoked license. The 33-year-old driver was arrested, transported to the PD and processed, being released with a citation. The vehicle was towed from the scene due to expired registration.
1:04 am, Officer assisted Livingston County Deputies with a traffic stop in the 300 block of S. Washington Street. Deputies arrested the subject for several violations.
9:59 am, Officers out at a home in the 400 block of Webster Street to check well-being of a subject suffering from anxiety issues. Subject is voluntarily going and seeking evaluation and treatment for the issues.
12:18 pm, Officers were at a home in the 300 block of Jackson Street to check well-being of a subject suffering from anxiety issues. Subject is voluntarily going and seeking evaluation and treatment for the issues.
2:20 pm, Officers taking a report of Identity Theft from a resident in the 800 block of State Street. The investigation is continuing into a possible suspect.
3:10 pm, Subject reporting the theft of a wallet while in the 800 block of Elm Street. Investigation continuing.
9:13 pm, Officer contacting subject in the 800 block of State Street relating to a previously reported incident and receiving threats from a suspect. A statement was obtained from the victim and the investigation is continuing.
