He was taken to the Sheriff’s Department on a 12-hour hold. The incident occurred at 2:16 Sunday morning.
The Patrol reports arresting 29-year-old Andres Nava of Kansas City Kansas in Daviess County at 12:38 am Christmas Day for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. He was taken to Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail on a 12-hour hold.
A 21-year-old Barlett, Illinois resident was arrested on Friday at 11:49 am in Daviess County for misdemeanor failure to yield to an officer and speeding. She was taken and later released from the Cameron Police Department.
On Christmas Eve, 46-year-old George Harrington of Bucklin was arrested for Felony leaving the scene of an accident and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. He was released.
A Trenton female, 32-year-old Hayley Tuggle was arrested on Sunday at 5:34 pm for felony possession of a Controlled substance x3, Felony tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to Daviess DeKalb Regional jail on a 24-hour hold.
