Chillicothe’s Planning and Zoning Board will meet on January 24th at City Hall. The Meeting will begin at 5:30 pm and is to consider a request for rezoning of the property at 901 and 903 Bryan Street, commonly known as the Jenkins Townhomes, from R3 – Residential to C1 – Commercial.
