The Chillicothe Police Department has one less dispatcher and has a new police officer. The Chillicothe City Council approved the actions for the Chillicothe Police Department as part of the executive session Monday.
On a vote of 5/0, the council terminated the employment of Andrew Perkins.
The Council approved hiring Samuel Wright as a full-time police officer. That action was also on a 5/0 vote.
