Two arrests in Linn County are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol for Tuesday.
At about 3:00 pm, Troopers in Linn County arrested 36-year-old Sammie L Lyons of Topeka Kansas and 36-year-old Larae T Richardson-Hayes of Kansas City. Both were arrested for alleged unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Lyons was also arrested for alleged driving while suspended and on a Clinton County warrant for speeding. She was held pending the posting of bond. Richardson-Hayes was processed and released.
