The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 81 calls for service Tuesday. Some of the calls include:
11:50 a.m., Officers were called for a dog running at large in the 1100 block of Smith St. As a result of the investigation, Officers issued three citations to a 30-year-old pet owner for a dog at large, failing to register the dog with the city and not having the current vaccinations.
1:00 p.m., Officers responded to a single-vehicle non-injury traffic crash in the area of Green St. and Samuel St. A vehicle went into a ditch while trying to avoid a collision with another vehicle. A driver was issued a citation for failure to yield causing a traffic crash.
1:19 p.m., Officers were dispatched to possible threats in the 400 block of Reynard St. Officers responded, discovered it was a property dispute and it was handled by the officer.
