The Return To Learning Plan for the Chillicothe R-II School District will require re-approval at each board meeting. Superintendent Dan Wiebers says over the holiday break, there were new changes in guidelines for COVID-19, requiring changes to the plan.
With the changes from the federal government and the CDC, the plan needs to remain somewhat fluid.
