Two people were arrested by State Troopers in Sullivan County over the weekend, one of them was arrested twice.
Saturday at 3:00 am, Troopers arrested 43-year-old James D Baker of Milan for alleged possession of a controlled substance, no seatbelt, and on an Adair County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a speeding charge.
Sunday at about 4:50 pm, Troopers arrested 22-year-old Albaro Chevez Y Chevez of Milan for alleged DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, no insurance, and no valid license. He was processed and released.
At 7:05 pm, Albaro Chevez Y Chevez was arrested again. The arrest was for alleged DWI, no insurance, no valid license, no license plates, and failure to yield when making a left turn. He was held at the Sullivan County Jail.
