The Chillicothe City Council meets Monday for a workshop and in regular session. Both meetings are held at the CMU large meeting room. The workshop will start at 5:00 pm and is to review city finances.
At 5:30 is the regular meeting of the council, which begins with finances. Under appearance:
City Attorney Robert Cowherd will present an ordinance to accept the bids for asbestos removal and demolition of homes at 1547 Bryan, 624 Cherry, and 615 Vine
Cowherd will also present an ordinance to amend the city code by establishing procedures and requirements for the issuance of administrative search warrants.
Mayor Theresa Kelly will lead a discussion on setting a date for a council workshop to discuss various topics, including animal ordinances and animal control.
The final item under appearances is City Attorney Robert Cowherd with an addendum for engineering services associated with new industrial park land.
An executive session is planned to handle legal, real estate, and personnel matters.
