Booked Into The Jail
Two were booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail for Livingston County on Thursday. 58-year-old Rebecca Kay Bakker was arrested by Chillicothe Police Department and is charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance. 41-year-old William Deonte Cooper of Macon was arrested by Livingston County Deputies for alleged probation violation. Bond is set at $20,000.
