The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 102 calls for service Thursday. Some of the calls include:
3:26 pm, Officers responded to the R/R Overpass on US 36 at Mitchell Road. A large piece of farming machinery that was eastbound on US 36 had become wedged underneath the bridge. The R/R was notified of the incident and will check the structural damage. The officers assessment was it did not appear to have inflicted extensive damage. Officers were on scene, re-routing eastbound traffic for nearly two hours before normal traffic was able to resume traffic on eastbound US 36.
10:57 pm, A 2 vehicle, non-injury collision occurred at Washington and Business 36. One vehicle was towed from the scene.
