A request for a conditional use permit for a vacation rental in an Agricultural Zone will be considered following two public hearings this month. The Livingston County Planning and Zoning Commission will have the first hearing on Tuesday, March 22nd. The hearing will be at 6:00 pm in the Associate Courtroom of the Livingston County Courthouse.
The Planning and Zoning Commission will send their recommendation to the County Commissioners for final approval. A second public hearing will be held Thursday, March 24th at 10:00 am, as part of their regular meeting.
