The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department handled three death investigations in the past week.
February 27th, deputies were called to a location in Wheeling for what appeared to be a suicide that had taken place several days earlier
March 2nd, deputies were called to north Livingston County, where Deputies used Narcan and attempted CPR on a woman, but were unsuccessful. Sheriff Steve Cox reported the Investigation continues and points to an accidental drug overdose.
March 6th, responded to a home in north Livingston County for an unattended death. Deputies forced entry into the home and found the elderly man had died, possibly several days prior by apparent natural causes.
