A women’s Self Defense class is offered FREE, October 23rd in Chillicothe. The Hedrick Medical Center and Wright Memorial Hospital -Regional Forensic Nursing Team is sponsoring a T.A.K.E. Defense Women’s Self-Defense Class. It will be held at the Cornerstone Church Event Center, Tuesday, October 23rd, from 5:30 to 8:00 pm. You must be at least 12 year old to register and the class is limited to the first 50 participants.
Organizers of the event suggest participants wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and a box dinner is included.
