The Chillicothe area Chamber of Commerce is working to build leadership in the community through opportunities within the community. Chamber Director Crystal Narr says they brought back a program in 2017 that has been successful in the past.
Narr says the program has a two-pronged approach.
KCHI’s Kate Kelly applied to the program and was accepted.
