Two people were recently booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail for Livingston County.
Deputies arrested 29-year-old Christopher Eugene Moss of Breckenridge was booked Saturday for alleged DWI and Failure to Appear. Bond was set at $12,500.
Chillicothe Police Officers arrested 40-year-old Billy Ray Williams of Meadville for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $7,500.
