The City will soon need to determine where the American Rescue Plan Act of ARPA funds will be used. The city expects to have approximately $1.97 million dollars. City Attorney Robert Cowherd told the council they have several options on how it can be used.
He says it can not be used to pay existing debt.
The Council is planning a mid-May workshop to discuss possible uses for the funds.
