Bethany Man Arrested In Several Charges
A Bethany man was arrested by State Troopers Tuesday afternoon. Forty-five-year-old Jeffery J Spicer was arrested for alleged failure to register as a sex offender, possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, no valid plates, no insurance, and no seat belt. He was held at the Harrison County Jail.
