An issue with Cell Phones and Smart Devices at the Chillicothe Middle School was brought to the attention of the School Board by Principal Abby Smith. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says it is a growing issue.
The policy allows the students are allowed to have the devices with them, but are not allowed to use them during the day. Wiebers says they are looking at ways to reduce the distractions by the devices.
