Friday,
3:00 AM, Officer’s responded to the 1400 block of Cooper St. on a report of an accident. The officers found a vehicle struck a fire hydrant and the vehicle was disabled. Officers determined the driver was under the influence of drugs. That driver was arrested for DUI, driving while suspended, and property damage. They were cited and released.
1:50 PM, Officers assisted the Children’s Division with a follow-up investigation in the 1000 block of Locust Street.
7:58 PM, Officers responded to the 400 block of 3rd Street for a report of a trespasser. The suspect had fled before Officers arrived. The suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
Saturday,
3:07 PM, Officers took a report of a dog bite in the 100 block of Clay Street. The investigation is ongoing.
5:42 PM, Officers responded to the 1100 block of Waples Street for a report of a subject disturbing the peace. Officers obtained statements from other subjects whose peace was being disturbed and the person was cited.
Sunday,
9:37 PM, Officers responded with the Chillicothe Fire Department to the 500 Corporate Drive for a report of a Semi trailer on fire. The fire was from a small electrical short and minor damage had occurred. No injuries were reported.
