A Tennesse man was arrested by State Troopers in Dekalb County Tuesday morning. Thirty-year-old Willie L Clark of Knoxville was arrested at about 8:15 am for alleged possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a weapon, no valid driver’s license, and speeding. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
