Sentencing was handed down in Linn County Court for two found guilty in June.
On June 14th, a Linn County jury found Kenneth Dean Harper guilty of the following 19 charges:
8 counts of Statutory Sodomy in the First Degree –
9 counts of Statutory Rape in the First Degree –
2 counts Child Molestation in the First Degree –
Harper was sentenced to life in prison, life in prison, and 15 years in prison. The 3 sentences to be served consecutively.
This case was investigated by the Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
On June 3rd, Christopher Nault was found guilty of Rape in the First Degree. Nault was sentenced to 15 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. Nault will serve 12.5 years prior to being eligible for parole.
