The Chillicothe Varsity Volleyball team swept Brookfield on Tuesday night to move to 2-0 on the season. The Lady Hornets took the three sets by scores of 25-13, 25-7, 25-4.
Trista Tipton led the team with 4 kills and Jessi Reeter was the team leader in assists. Ava Leamer, Emerson Staton, and Trista Tipton all had 6 service aces.
JV also moved to 2-0 on the season with a sweep of their own. They took the two sets by scores of 25-5 and 25-8.
The Lady Hornets are back in action on Thursday night when they travel to St. Pius X to take on the Warriors.
