The Chillicothe Middle School Softball team took down Hamilton by a score of 6-3 on Tuesday.
The game was all knotted up at three heading into the top of the 6th inning where Ashlynn Daugherty singled and scored three runs.
Landry Marsh got the win for CMS, lasting six innings and allowing only two hits and three runs while striking out 12 batters.
Hope Donoho led the Lady Hornets’ bats going two for three with a 2 RBI triple in the top of the 5th inning.
Chillicothe Middle School Softball is back in action on Thursday when they host Richmond. 8th Grade starts at 5 pm and 7th Grade follows at around 6:30 pm.
