The Chillicothe High School Homecoming is September 16th as the Hornets host the Cameron Dragons. This year’s Homecoming theme is “Top Gun Homecoming: Above the Clouds” featuring a salute to our nation’s military. CHS Student Council President Trista Tipton says the school has scheduled spirit day activities all next week.
The homecoming Parade will be Friday at 2:00 pm and will follow the traditional parade route. The Grand Marshal for this year’s Parade is Major General Larry Warren who served with the Air Force and National Guard and is involved in many community activities.
Following the Homecoming game, the coronation of the Homecoming King and Queen will be held on the field. Tipton has the list of senior King and Queen Candidates.
