A second piece of city owned property was deeded to Chillicothe Christian Builders. City Attorney presented to ordinance for that action.
The property is located at 1560 Calhoun, across from the Middle School. The deeding of the first property took place earlier this year and construction has begun on Webster Street side of the property.
The City Council approved the deeding of the second property on a vote of 4/0 with one abstention.
