One arrest and several investigations are in the Chillicothe Police Department report for Monday.
At 7:35 AM, Officers were called to Washington and Polk Streets for a minor accident, with no injuries. Heavy rain may have been a factor in the accident
At 9:15 am, Officers were called to 600 block of Business 36 on a report of property damage. The investigation continues
Well being checks were conducted in the 1400 block of Fair St, 1400 block of Locust Street and for another agency in the 300 block of Clay St.
2:40 pm, Officer responded to the 200 block of Southwest Drive in ref. a verbal domestic disturbance. No arrest were made.
7:40 pm, Officers responded to a residence in the 1700 block of Rosewood after receiving numerous calls from the residence and no voice contact. contact was made, apparently phone problems.
At 10:05 pm, Officer stopped a vehicle at Bryan and Washington for a traffic violation and found the driver to be revoked. Kelvin Maggiefield of Trenton was arrested, processed and released on a citation to appear in Court.
