The Chillicothe Police responded to 124 calls for service Friday included two arrests.
At about 12:15 am, officers responded to Hedrick Medical Center on a report of a suspicious person.
Officers checked a complaint of a handicapped parking violation in the 1000 block of Graves Street. The driver had a handicapped placard, but forgot to hang it from the mirror.
Just after noon, officers investigated a report of alleged child abuse in the 1100 block of Oak Street. The investigation continues.
At about 4:45pm, officers responded to a gas drive-off in 600 block of Business 36. The customer reported they had purchased other items and forgot to pay for the gas. The investigation continues.
5:40 pm, theft was reported in the 1500 block of Springhill. The theft had occurred in the county.
