The Chillicothe Police Department report for Monday includes investigations for property damage and child abuse and two arrests.
At 6:25 am, Officers responded to the 300 block of Washington for a property damage. They determined that no property damage had occurred at that location.
At 9:10 am, Officers conducted a follow-up on an on-going investigation of child abuse. The children were removed from the residence and placed into protective custody.
12:30 PM, Trespassing was reported in the 1000 block of Graves Street. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Kristopher Anderson for alleged trespassing and possession of marijuana. He was cited and released.
At 2:00 pm, Officers were called to the 2600 block of Fair Street for a suicidal subject. That person was taken to Hedrick Medical Center for and evaluation.
At 3:05 p.m., Officers arrested Lisa Tobias for a probation warrant. She was turned over to the Linn County Sheriff’s Department.
7:55 pm, officers responded to the 600 block of Webster for a noise complaint. Officers talked to the resident that had a TV fall from the stand and hit the floor.
