A Chillicothe man facing charges of alleged assault was arrested by Hamilton Police on a bond violation warrant. Eighteen-year-old Maxwell David Johnston was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center with bond set at $2,500 cash only. A bond revocation hearing will be held June 5th.
Johnston had posted a $5,000 bond on the original charge of alleged assault on May 29th.
